• Meet or exceed individual Key Performance Indicators and utilize key tools to drive performance.
• Adapt and showcase products based on customer needs, whether remote or in-person.
• Utilize CRM tools to capture meaningful customer data and support business initiatives.
• Participate in store and company initiatives and community outreach.
• Maintain store visual standards and use visual techniques to uphold company guidelines.
• Support a professional and positive work environment and contribute to a cohesive team environment.
• Engage in networking and sourcing talent to support the store and team.

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and work with chemicals.
• Ability to lift/climb up to 30 lbs. and operate the register.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including day, evening, and weekends.
• Experience selling to customers using digital tools preferred.
