Sales Ambassador

Summary

The Sales Ambassador provides a welcoming customer experience and supports efficient checkout operations. This role processes transactions, shares product knowledge, and helps maintain store standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer inquiries, and support sales through product knowledge, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Process purchases, returns, promotional offers, and ship-to-home orders accurately.
• Maintain customer profiles and accurate sales data in the POS system.
• Keep the cash wrap and queue area clean, support visual merchandising, and collaborate with store teams.
• Complete required training and uphold company policies and standards.

Requirements

• Retail or similar customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.
