Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations and styling advice.
• Drive individual and team sales results through clienteling, outreach, and effective use of digital tools.
• Build customer relationships, capture client data, and meet or exceed performance goals.
• Support and coach team members, maintain visual standards, and contribute to store initiatives.
• Provide feedback to management and help identify and engage potential talent.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to use digital sales tools and operate a register.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, move around the store, and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
