Responsibilities

• Deliver thoughtful customer service and personalized product recommendations.
• Grow sales through client outreach, wardrobing, digital tools, and clienteling.
• Meet or exceed individual performance goals and support store sales plans.
• Build customer relationships, capture client information, and participate in community and company initiatives.
• Help coach team members, maintain visual standards, and provide feedback to management.
• Balance store tasks while prioritizing the customer experience and contributing to a cohesive team.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Digital sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, maneuver around the store, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
