Responsibilities

• Maintain store visual standards, participate in store initiatives, and share feedback with management.
• Balance store tasks while prioritizing the customer experience.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to use digital tools to support customer sales is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, climb moderately, and stand, move, and walk for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends.
