Sales Ambassadors create personalized lifestyle experiences by providing thoughtful styling recommendations and building lasting client relationships. They use product knowledge, clienteling tools, and an entrepreneurial approach to support individual and team sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, understand client needs, and recommend products and styling options.
• Grow personal business through outreach, comprehensive wardrobing, and digital clienteling tools.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while contributing to team results.
• Coach fellow Brand Ambassadors, support training, and promote customer-focused behaviors.
• Maintain visual standards, follow store policies, and contribute to an inclusive and professional team environment.
• Capture customer data in CRM tools, participate in store initiatives, and provide feedback to management.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume, complex, or high-profile specialty retail environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Experience using digital tools to support customer sales is preferred.
