The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional lifestyle experiences through personalized service, product knowledge, and thoughtful styling. This role builds client relationships, drives sales performance, and supports the success of the store team.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide detailed product knowledge, styling recommendations, and personalized service.
• Grow individual business through wardrobing, outreach, and digital clienteling tools.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while contributing to team targets.
• Coach colleagues in customer-focused behaviors and relationship-building skills.
• Capture meaningful customer data, participate in store initiatives, and maintain visual standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues, support training, and participate in talent networking and sourcing.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend schedules.
• Experience using digital tools to sell to customers is preferred.
