Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling recommendations.
- Drive individual sales and support team achievement of monthly and annual sales plans.
- Leverage digital tools and CRM to capture customer data and support clienteling.
- Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to improve customer centric behaviors.
- Maintain store visual standards and follow company guidelines.
- Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, and team training.
- Support sourcing and recruiting efforts to find top talent.
- Balance tasks while prioritizing the customer experience and company standards.
- Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and needs.
Requirements
- Sales experience in a complex or high-volume specialty environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to operate register and work on feet for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and navigate the sales floor and stock areas.
- Flexibility to work days evenings and weekends.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Experience using digital selling tools and CRM preferred.
- Ability to follow company policies and contribute to an inclusive team environment.
