The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional client experiences through personalized service, product knowledge, and thoughtful styling recommendations. The role builds lasting customer relationships, drives individual and team sales performance, and supports store standards and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service and styling recommendations based on client needs.
• Grow personal sales through wardrobing, outreach, digital tools, and clienteling.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting team results.
• Coach colleagues on customer-focused behaviors and relationship building.
• Maintain visual standards, participate in store initiatives, and provide feedback to management.
• Support a positive and inclusive work environment, team training, and talent sourcing.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Digital selling experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the store for extended periods and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
