Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and representing the brand through personalized styling and clienteling. Role focuses on driving sales, building lasting customer relationships, coaching peers, and supporting store initiatives. This position requires adaptability to in-person and remote customer interactions and active participation in store visual and community activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive individual and team sales to meet monthly and annual targets.
• Leverage digital tools and CRM to capture customer data and support clienteling.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to enhance customer centric behaviors.
• Maintain store visual standards and merchandising guidelines.
• Participate in store initiatives, community outreach and training programs.
• Support talent sourcing and provide feedback to management on category opportunities.
• Balance tasks while prioritizing the customer experience.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate register, stand, walk and move for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and navigate the sales floor and back rooms.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
• Experience using digital selling tools and CRM preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and support a professional team environment.
