Responsibilities
- Provide personalized styling recommendations and detailed product knowledge to customers
- Drive sales by supporting team in meeting monthly quarterly and annual targets
- Leverage digital tools and CRM to capture customer data and enhance clienteling
- Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to deliver customer centric behaviors
- Maintain store visual standards using company guidelines
- Participate in store company and community initiatives
- Support recruiting by engaging in networking and sourcing talent
- Balance tasks while prioritizing the customer experience
- Provide feedback to management on category opportunities
Requirements
- Sales experience in a complex high volume or high profile specialty environment preferred
- Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Able to operate register stand move and walk for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and climb moderately
- Comfortable working around the sales floor stock dressing room cashwrap and office
- Flexible to work days evenings and weekends
- Experience using digital sales tools and CRM preferred
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
