Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service and styling recommendations.
- Strategize personal business growth through outreach and digital clienteling.
- Support team sales goals and uphold brand policies and standards.
- Coach Brand Ambassadors to improve customer centric behaviors and relationship building.
- Capture customer data using CRM tools to support clienteling initiatives.
- Maintain store visual standards using company guidelines.
- Participate in store initiatives, training, and community outreach.
- Balance tasks while prioritizing the customer experience.
- Support talent sourcing and provide feedback to Management on category opportunities.
Requirements
- Sales experience in a specialty retail environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to operate register and remain standing and mobile for extended periods.
- Capability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including days evenings and weekends.
- Experience using digital tools for selling preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
- Comfort with performing physical tasks including climbing and moving merchandise.
