Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized styling recommendations.
- Strategize personal business growth and leverage digital tools to enhance clienteling.
- Support team sales goals and contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual plans.
- Coach Brand Ambassadors to foster customer centric behaviors and relationship building.
- Utilize CRM tools to capture customer data and support clienteling initiatives.
- Participate in store and company initiatives and community outreach.
- Maintain store visual standards using company guidelines.
- Assist in talent sourcing and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Balance tasks while prioritizing the customer experience.
Requirements
- Sales experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to operate register, stand, move, and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and climb moderately.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock, dressing room, cashwrap, and office.
- Experience selling to customers using digital tools preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
