Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service, product recommendations, and styling guidance.
• Build client relationships and grow sales through outreach, clienteling, and digital tools.
• Meet individual sales goals and support team sales plans.
• Coach colleagues, support training, and contribute to team success.
• Maintain visual standards, participate in store initiatives, and provide feedback to management.
• Prioritize customer experience while balancing store tasks and procedures.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to use digital tools for client engagement preferred.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, and weekends.
