Responsibilities
- Provide personalized customer service and styling recommendations based on product knowledge.
- Strategize personal business growth through outreach and digital clienteling tools.
- Support team sales goals and collaborate to meet monthly and annual targets.
- Coach Brand Ambassadors to foster customer centric behaviors and relationship building.
- Capture customer data using CRM tools to support clienteling and business initiatives.
- Participate in store and community initiatives and assist with recruiting efforts.
- Maintain store visual standards and merchandising guidelines.
- Balance tasks while prioritizing the customer experience and company policies.
Requirements
- Sales experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, move, walk for multiple hours and operate the register.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas.
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Experience using digital tools for selling preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers.
