Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service and styling recommendations.
- Drive sales by meeting individual Key Performance Indicators and contributing to store goals.
- Strategize personal business growth through outreach and digital clienteling tools.
- Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to improve customer centric behaviors.
- Utilize CRM tools to capture customer data and support clienteling.
- Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, and team training.
- Maintain store visual standards and follow company guidelines.
- Support recruiting efforts by engaging in networking and sourcing talent.
- Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and needs.
Requirements
- Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to operate register, stand, walk, and work on the sales floor for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Experience using digital tools for sales and clienteling preferred.
- Ability to maneuver around stock, dressing rooms, cashwrap, and office spaces.
