Responsibilities

• Drive daily business and achieve sales goals by putting customers at the center of decisions.
• Support company initiatives, team training, and the consistent execution of brand standards.
• Build customer relationships and support alternative purchasing and product discovery options.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards, and share feedback on customer needs and category opportunities.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and move for multiple hours, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and possible overnight shifts.
