Summary

Provide in-store support to the sales team and maintain back-of-house operations at a Montreal boutique. Assist sales associates by retrieving products, preparing packaging, welcoming clients and ensuring the stockroom is clean and organized while delivering high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support sales associates by fetching products from the stockroom for client requests
• Prepare and pack purchases and gift packaging
• Maintain a clean and organized back-of-house and stockroom
• Welcome and assist clients in the boutique
• Assist with general sales floor and operational tasks as needed
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to enhance client experience
• Perform other related duties shared during training

Requirements

• Customer service experience or similar background is an asset
• Interest in luxury products and fashion
• Professional demeanour and strong service mindset
• Willingness to work retail hours including evenings and weekends
• Team oriented with ability to build collaborative relationships
