Sales And Stock Support

Summary

The Sales and Stock Support provides administrative and back-of-house assistance to the sales team, maintains boutique standards of customer service and presentation, and supports inventory and boutique opening activities. This fixed-term full-time role reports to the Operations Manager and works within the Vancouver boutique at Holt Renfrew. The role requires collaboration with boutique management and head office to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team with administrative and back-of-house duties
• Assist on the shop floor as needed and provide excellent customer service
• Prepare packaging and perform gift wrapping for parcels
• Document and deliver messages to Fashion Advisors promptly
• Maintain confidentiality of commercial activities and internal affairs
• Assist in inventory management including shipments transfers and cycle counts
• Execute after-sales tasks and ensure inventory integrity
• Keep back-office areas clean and stocked including cash and wrap stations
• Support boutique openings as required

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail operations or stock experience
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and teams
• Fluent in English additional language is a plus
• Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment
