Sales Assistant

As a Sales Assistant at Zegna Beverly Hills, you will play a crucial role in transforming customer visits into memorable luxury shopping experiences. You will support the Customer Advisors and contribute to the store's operational excellence, ensuring the brand's image and growth are maintained.

• Communicate customer, product, and store information within the team to meet customer and business needs.
• Support selling activities by updating customer profiles, preparing gift packages, and organizing client appointments.
• Create and manage calendars for confirmed appointments.
• Organize products for large-scale appointments and ensure POS and Alteration Stations are stocked.
• Consult with Customer Advisors to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Utilize digital technology to provide an integrated luxury experience.
• Resolve customer issues with empathy, adhering to Zegna's customer service policies.
• Support the MTM department and perform onsite audits of store inventories.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with guidelines and manage store supplies.
• Support back of house operations and adhere to store policies and standards.
