Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Assistant, you will enhance the customer experience and drive top line sales by supporting the sales team and maintaining an efficient sales floor. Your role will require flexibility and adaptability to succeed in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate the POS system to process transactions during peak times.
  • Respond to client requests via telephone and email.
  • Input customer data into the CRM system.
  • Support the sales team with stock maintenance and floor replenishment.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and back of house organization.
  • Direct customers to appropriate sales associates based on their needs.
  • Adhere to work schedule, including time and attendance.
  • Provide confident advice to customers when associates are occupied.
  • Represent the brand through excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
  • Familiarity with POS and CRM systems.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks and environments.
