- Support in-store client service, hospitality, and personalized curated experiences in partnership with store leadership.
- Facilitate product needs from other stores to support in-store appointments or consignments for the assigned Sales Professional.
- Support personalized outreach to clients to re-engage them with the Sales Professional and the brand.
- Support product pulls, fitting room setup and recovery, floor presentation standards, and seamless selling floor operations.
- Establish processes and best practices for organizing client engagement and follow-up for the Executive Sales Professional.
- Actively participate in brand and product knowledge training, selling and service training, and client engagement coaching.
- Ensure all client information is captured in the concierge app.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and adhere to company policies and ethical standards.
Requirements- Past retail selling experience preferred.
- Interest in and appreciation for luxury and best-in-class service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive thinker who takes initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint.
- Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap, and office; work with chemicals, lift up to 30 lbs., and climb moderately utilizing a ladder.
- Ability to operate the register, stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
