Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Assistant at Ralph Lauren in McLean, you will play a vital role in supporting the Executive Sales Professional by engaging with clients and managing sales processes to ensure a seamless and memorable shopping experience. You will provide efficient support to enhance client satisfaction and store operations.

Responsibilities
  • Support client correspondence, appointment booking, and order follow-up, including package shipping and returns/exchanges.
  • Assist with alterations, order placement, and follow-up requests, ensuring thorough completion of paperwork and digital tracking.
  • Provide in-store client service and personalized experiences in collaboration with store leadership.
  • Facilitate product needs from other stores to support appointments or consignments.
  • Engage with lapsed clients to re-establish connections with the brand.
  • Manage product pulls, fitting room setup, floor presentation, and seamless selling floor operations.
  • Establish processes for organizing client engagement and follow-up around key events and promotions.
  • Participate in brand and product knowledge training to enhance productivity and results.
  • Ensure all client information is accurately captured in the concierge app.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and adhere to company policies.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of retail selling experience preferred.
  • Interest in luxury and best-in-class service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive thinker with initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building strong working relationships.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
