Sales Assistant

Summary

The Sales Assistant supports an Executive Sales Professional in delivering a seamless, personalized shopping experience. The role contributes to sales productivity through client engagement, sales support, and effective store operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage client correspondence, appointment booking, order follow-up, shipping, returns, and exchanges.
• Support in-store client service, transactions, alterations, product requests, and personalized outreach.
• Prepare product pulls and fitting rooms, maintain floor presentation, and support selling floor operations.
• Organize client engagement and follow-up processes, and capture client information in the concierge app.
• Participate in product knowledge, selling, service, and client engagement training.

Requirements

• Retail selling experience preferred, with an interest in luxury and high-quality service.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills; proactive approach and initiative.
• Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, maneuver throughout the store, lift up to 30 pounds, and climb a ladder as trained.
