- Participate in brand and product knowledge training, selling and service training, and client engagement coaching.
- Ensure all client information is captured in the concierge app.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and adhere to company policies and ethical standards.
Requirements- Past retail selling experience preferred.

- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap, and office; work with chemicals, lift up to 30 lbs., and climb moderately using a ladder.
- Ability to operate the register, stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
