Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Assistant at the CHANEL Watches & Fine Jewelry Pop-up Shop in Yorkdale Mall, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the launch of the new boutique. This temporary position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team during the busy holiday season, ensuring a memorable shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests, providing a positive first impression.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Monitor guest flow and assist with managing queues during peak hours.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks and assist with event-related activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and expert product knowledge.
  • Ensure the sales floor is well-organized and displays are attractive.
  • Assist with inventory management and regular inventory checks.
  • Support pop-up operations, including receiving and restocking merchandise.
  • Assist with any other tasks as directed by boutique management.
Requirements
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and a team player.
