The Sales Associate is a brand ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional client service and driving sales from welcome to close. The role requires strong product knowledge in luxury watches, representation of brand standards, and collaboration with the store team to meet store goals and KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed store sales goals and personal KPIs.
- Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain customer correspondence to build and enhance client relationships.
- Follow established sales techniques and service standards.
- Develop and maintain strong product and brand knowledge.
- Perform opening and closing store duties and assist with inventory tasks.
- Support visual merchandising and uphold visual standards.
- Maintain professional appearance and behavior following dress code standards.
- Participate in training of new sales associates when requested.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail including high end watch sales.
- Proven success in client service in a luxury environment.
- Strong organization, communication, and follow up skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple demands.
- Results oriented and self motivated with ability to achieve management defined goals.
- Flexible to work any day of the week including weekends.
- Computer proficiency required.
