Summary
Deliver best in class client service and achieve individual sales goals through strong product knowledge and selling ceremonies while supporting boutique operating processes. Build lasting client relationships, contribute to team results, and assist with merchandising and store operations.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Provide welcoming client focused service in person, by phone, and electronically.
- Develop and maintain a local and international client book.
- Demonstrate product expertise and engage clients with product stories.
- Support floor moves, visual merchandising, and housekeeping.
- Locate merchandise at other boutiques and process charge-send sales per guidelines.
- Participate in inventory and cycle counts and protect boutique assets.
- Assist with packing and wrapping customer purchases as needed.
- Problem solve client issues with leadership to ensure satisfactory resolution.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury goods.
- Strong drive for business results and passion for fashion and the brand.
- Ability to develop strong relationships through communication, organization, and follow-through.
- Can provide outstanding customer service in person, by phone, and electronically.
- Ability to read, count, and write to complete business and client documentation.
- Ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast paced environment.
- Willingness to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to operate required equipment including phone systems and cash register.
- Can stand for extended periods and lift at least 30 lbs.
