Responsibilities

• Greet and advise customers on home products and styling options
• Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through proactive selling
• Maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards on the sales floor
• Process transactions and handle cash wrap duties accurately
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
• Support store operations including opening closing and housekeeping tasks

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or sales experience preferably in home or luxury goods
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of home furnishings styling and product categories preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Professional presentation and strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to merchandising
