Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to understand needs and recommend products
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling
• Maintain in depth product knowledge and communicate brand heritage
• Process transactions accurately and handle payment procedures
• Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation
• Support inventory management including receiving and organizing stock
• Build and maintain customer relationships and follow up on leads

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or luxury sales experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer focused with a polished professional presence
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Basic POS and cash handling experience
• Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods
