The Sales Associate is a brand ambassador who provides exceptional client service from welcome to close, represents product and company knowledge, and works to exceed customer expectations and store goals in a luxury retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed store sales goals and personal KPIs
- Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers
- Maintain customer correspondence and develop client relationships
- Follow established sales techniques and service standards
- Maintain professional appearance and adherence to dress code
- Assist with inventory, special projects, and opening and closing duties
- Support product launches and visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate with team and maintain professional communications with management
- Participate in training of new sales associates when requested
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail including high end watch sales
- Proven success in client service in a luxury environment
- Strong organization, communication, and follow up skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple demands
- Results oriented and self motivated to achieve management defined goals
- Highly flexible and able to work as part of a team in a demanding environment
- Availability to work any day of the week including weekends
- Computer proficiency
