Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product selection and purchases
• Maintain merchandising standards and organize sales floor
• Operate point of sale and complete transactions accurately
• Assist with inventory, stocking, and fulfillment tasks
• Handle merchandise including lifting and reaching to merchandise displays
• Work flexible schedules to meet business needs including weekends and holidays
• Use store technology and computer applications to support sales and operations

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment and prioritize tasks
• Strong ownership, accountability and initiative
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort with continuous movement and physical demands of the role
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
