Summary
As an Ambassador of the Maison, the Sales Associate achieves and exceeds sales targets, develops a client portfolio, and ensures a unique client experience across all touch points while supporting daily boutique operations.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
- Provide outstanding customer service including greeting and acknowledging every customer and adapting approach to client needs.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships, capturing client data for follow up and relationship building.
- Assist and support after sales clients and resolve client issues escalating to management as needed.
- Participate in and support in store and offsite events and networking initiatives.
- Understand and comply with security and operational policies and assist with daily boutique setup and breakdown.
- Assist in merchandising, maintenance of displays and back stock, and participate in inventories and cycle counts.
- Support special projects such as price changes and back office responsibilities.
Requirements
- College degree preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality environment.
- General knowledge of timepiece movements.
- Computer and internet savvy with MS Office experience; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong customer service understanding.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Additional language skills are a plus and must be available to work retail hours including weekends.
- Ability to travel for trainings, client events and conferences.
