Brand ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and representing the brand from welcome to close. Acts as product and service expert to exceed customer expectations, support store goals, and enhance client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Strive to meet or exceed store sales goals and personal KPIs.
- Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with new and existing clients and maintain customer correspondence.
- Follow established sales techniques and demonstrate strong product and industry knowledge.
- Perform opening and closing duties and assist with inventory and special projects.
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company policies and dress code standards.
- Support visual merchandising standards under direction from management and corporate.
- Partner with team members to achieve store objectives and serve as a positive role model.
- Participate in training of new sales associates when requested.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of luxury retail experience, including high end watch sales.
- Proven success in client service within a luxury environment.
- Strong organization, communication, and follow up skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously.
- Results oriented, self motivated, and able to achieve management defined goals.
- Highly flexible with availability to work any day of the week including weekends.
- Computer proficiency required.
