Summary
Brand ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional client service and representing the brand from welcome to close. Drive sales through product expertise, client development, and adherence to company sales techniques while supporting store operations and visual standards.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed store goals and personal KPIs.
- Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain customer correspondence to build and enhance client relationships.
- Follow established sales techniques and service standards.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge and awareness of industry trends.
- Perform opening and closing store duties and assist with inventory and special projects.
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards under management direction.
- Support team collaboration, training of new associates, and company initiatives.
- Maintain professional appearance and behavior in line with dress code.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail, including high end watch sales.
- Proven success in client service within a luxury environment.
- Strong organization, communication, and follow up skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple demands.
- Results oriented and self motivated to achieve management defined goals.
- Flexible to work any day of the week including weekends.
- Computer proficiency required.
