Summary
Brand ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional client service and representing the brand from welcome to close. Drive sales through product expertise, client development, and strong customer relations while supporting store operations and visual standards.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed store sales goals and personal KPIs.
- Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain customer correspondence to build and enhance client relationships.
- Follow established sales techniques and service standards.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge and awareness of industry trends.
- Perform opening and closing store duties and assist with inventory and special projects.
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards per direction.
- Maintain professional appearance and behavior and support company initiatives.
- Partner with team and participate in training when requested.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail including high end watch sales.
- Proven success in client service in a luxury environment.
- Strong organization, communication, and follow up skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple demands.
- Results oriented and self motivated to achieve management defined goals.
- Flexible to work any day of the week including weekends.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a demanding environment.
- Computer proficiency.
