The Sales Associate serves as a brand ambassador and liaison between the client and the brand, delivering exceptional service from welcome to close to elevate the customer experience. The role requires product expertise, strong client relationship building, and a focus on meeting sales goals and KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Strive to meet or exceed store goals and personal KPIs.
- Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers while developing and maintaining clients.
- Maintain customer correspondence to build relationships and drive sales.
- Follow established sales techniques and service standards.
- Develop and demonstrate strong product knowledge and awareness of industry trends and competition.
- Assist with inventory, special projects, and opening and closing store duties.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards with direction from management.
- Maintain professional appearance and behaviors and support company initiatives.
- Partner with team members and participate in training when requested.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail, including high end watch sales.
- Proven success in client service in a luxury environment.
- Strong organization, communication, and follow up skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously.
- Results oriented and self motivated to achieve management defined goals.
- Flexible to work any day of the week including weekends.
- Computer proficiency required.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a demanding environment.
