The Sales Associate acts as a brand ambassador providing exceptional customer service from welcome to close, representing the brand and elevating the client experience through product expertise and sales focus.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed store goals and personal KPIs.
- Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain customer correspondence to build and enhance relationships and drive sales.
- Follow established sales techniques and service standards.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge and industry awareness.
- Assist with inventory, special projects, and opening and closing duties.
- Support visual merchandising and maintain visual standards.
- Partner with team and management to achieve store goals and participate in training when requested.
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail including high end watch sales.
- Proven success in client service within a luxury environment.
- Strong organization, communication, and follow up skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple demands.
- Results oriented and self motivated to achieve goals.
- Highly flexible and able to work as part of a team in a demanding environment.
- Flexibility to be scheduled any day of the week including weekends.
- Computer proficiency required.
