The Sales Associate serves as a brand ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional customer service from welcome to close, representing product and brand expertise to elevate the customer experience and achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed store sales goals and personal KPIs.
- Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain customer correspondence to build and enhance client relationships.
- Follow established sales techniques and service standards.
- Develop and maintain strong product and company knowledge.
- Assist with inventory, store opening and closing duties, and special projects.
- Help maintain visual merchandising standards under direction.
- Maintain professional appearance and behavior following dress code standards.
- Partner with team and participate in training of new sales associates when requested.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail, including high end watch sales.
- Proven success in client service in a luxury environment.
- Strong organization, communication, and follow up skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously.
- Results oriented and self motivated to achieve management defined goals.
- Highly flexible and able to work as part of a team in a demanding environment.
- Availability to work any day of the week including weekends.
- Computer proficiency required.
