Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment. You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting store operations.

Responsibilities
  • Strive to meet or exceed store goals and personal KPIs.
  • Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
  • Maintain customer correspondence to enhance relationships and drive sales.
  • Follow established sales techniques and service standards.
  • Develop strong product knowledge and stay informed about company history and industry trends.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code standards.
  • Support company initiatives related to product launches and customer service.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.
  • Perform opening and closing store duties.
  • Assist in maintaining visual standards with direction from corporate and management.
  • Maintain open communication with store management, peers, and corporate.
  • Partner with the team to achieve store goals.
  • Serve as a positive role model and represent the brand appropriately.
  • Adapt to changing needs of the brand and company.
  • Participate in the training of new sales associates when requested.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in luxury retail, including high-end watch sales.
  • Proven success in client service in a luxury environment.
  • Strong organization, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated individual.
  • Highly flexible and able to work as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to be scheduled on any day of the week, including weekends.
  • Computer proficiency required.
