Summary
The Sales Associate serves as a brand ambassador delivering exceptional customer service from welcome to close. This role requires deep product knowledge, expertise in luxury watch sales, and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships to achieve store and personal sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and guide sales interactions to meet or exceed store and personal KPIs.
- Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective clients and maintain customer correspondence.
- Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and awareness of industry trends and competition.
- Support product launches and company initiatives related to customer service and selling.
- Adhere to company policies and perform opening and closing store duties.
- Assist with inventory tasks and special projects as needed.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards under direction from management.
- Communicate professionally with management, peers, and corporate and partner with the team to achieve store goals.
- Participate in training of new sales associates when requested.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail including high end watch sales.
- Proven success in client service within a luxury environment.
- Strong organization, communication, and follow up skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously.
- Results oriented and self motivated to achieve management defined goals.
- Flexible team player able to work in a demanding environment and be scheduled any day of the week.
- Computer proficiency required and availability to work 40 hours weekly.
