Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Breitling in San Antonio, TX, you will serve as a brand ambassador, acting as a liaison between clients and the brand. You will provide exceptional service from welcome to close, aiming to elevate the customer experience and exceed expectations.

• Strive to meet or exceed store goals and personal KPIs.
• Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
• Maintain customer correspondence to build and enhance relationships and drive sales.
• Follow the established Breitling sales techniques and service standards.
• Develop strong product knowledge and stay informed about company history and industry trends.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the Breitling dress code.
• Support company initiatives related to product launches and customer service.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
• Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.
• Perform opening and closing store duties as required.
• Assist in maintaining visual standards as directed by corporate and management.
• Maintain open communication with store management, peers, and corporate.
• Partner with the team to achieve store goals and serve as a positive role model.
• Adapt to changing needs of the brand and company.
• Participate in the training of new sales associates when requested.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in luxury retail, including high-end watch sales.
• Proven success in client service within a luxury environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously.
• Results-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to achieve management-defined goals.
• Highly flexible and able to work as part of a team in a demanding environment.
• Flexibility to be scheduled on any day of the week, including weekends.
• Computer proficiency required.
