Sales Associate

Summary

Drive individual and store sales while delivering a luxury customer experience. Develop new customer relationships and maintain ongoing connections with existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service in accordance with brand standards.
• Build customer loyalty through client development, follow-up, and maintaining detailed client records.
• Maintain visual standards, replenish merchandise, and keep the selling floor and fitting rooms organized.
• Support markdowns, inventory, presale goals, and stockroom organization.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets, with strong customer service and clienteling skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a positive attitude, and flexibility.
• Advanced knowledge of point-of-sale and store systems; interest in fashion or design.
