Sales Associate - Camarillo Premium Outlets

Summary

Represent the Jimmy Choo brand and provide attentive, knowledgeable service to clients in-store and virtually. Develop client relationships and contribute to sales goals while maintaining brand and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with product selections and try-ons, and provide customer and after-sales service.
• Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up, including calls, emails, thank-you letters, and merchandise shipping.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and proactively identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Handle store opening and closing, cash responsibilities, register transactions, and key-holder duties.
• Maintain product knowledge, visual standards, and merchandise presentation.
• Support inventory management, shipping and receiving, back-of-house coverage, and special projects.
