Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Carolina Herrera in Houston, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals and developing lasting client relationships by providing the highest level of customer service. You will comply with company policies, procedures, and directives to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

• Achieve sales goals and utilize elevated levels of sales and service to maximize performance.
• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise and monitor all details post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Comply with all sales-related policies and procedures and maintain a keen interest in fashion industry trends.
• Provide the highest level of customer service and build repeat clientele using clienteling tools.
• Resolve client problems and complaints quickly and effectively.
• Ensure facility maintenance, presentation, and organization.
• Assist in inventory maintenance in the stockroom and on the selling floor.
• Participate in physical inventories and comply with all Point-of-Sale policies and procedures.
• Execute all relevant register functions and adhere to work schedule.
• Participate in training and development seminars, programs, and meetings as directed by store management.

• Minimum 3-5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the luxury market.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
