Sales Associate

Summary

Represent the Maison in the boutique by delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales targets. Build lasting client relationships while supporting daily boutique operations.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets and provide knowledgeable, personalized service throughout the client journey.
• Develop client relationships, maintain accurate client records, and address concerns or escalate them as needed.
• Support boutique events, merchandising, inventory, daily setup and breakdown, and operational policies.

Requirements

• Two to five years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality; a college degree is preferred.
• General knowledge of timepiece movements and proficiency with computers and MS Office; SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training and client events.
