Summary
Serve as an ambassador of the Maison delivering exceptional client experiences while achieving and exceeding sales targets. Support boutique operations, cultivate client relationships, and participate in in-store and offsite events as directed by management.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and/or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide outstanding customer service through greeting, product knowledge, and personalized client interactions.
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships and capture client data for follow-up.
- Assist with daily boutique set-up, merchandising, displays, and back-stock maintenance.
- Support after-sales clients and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts.
- Support special projects such as price changes and back office responsibilities.
- Remain current on industry news and competitor activity.
- Partner with management to support and participate in events and networking.
Requirements
- 2 years minimum experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
- College degree preferred.
- General knowledge of timepiece movements.
- Computer and internet savvy with MS Office experience; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask with precision.
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends and to travel for trainings and events.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
