Summary
As an Ambassador of the Maison, the Sales Associate achieves and exceeds sales targets while delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting daily boutique operations. The role involves developing a client portfolio, participating in events, and maintaining high standards of product knowledge and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management
- Provide outstanding customer service before, during and after sales
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships and capture client data for follow-up
- Support and participate in in-store and offsite events and networking
- Assist with daily boutique set-up, breakdown, merchandising and back-stock maintenance
- Participate in inventories, cycle counts and audit preparation
- Assist with special projects such as price changes and back office responsibilities
- Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality
- College degree preferred
- General knowledge of timepiece movements
- Computer and internet savvy with MS Office experience; SAP knowledge preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends and travel for trainings and events
