Sales Associate

Summary

As an Ambassador of the Maison, the Sales Associate achieves and exceeds sales targets while delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting daily boutique operations. The role involves developing a client portfolio, participating in events, and maintaining high standards of product knowledge and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management
• Provide outstanding customer service before, during and after sales
• Cultivate new and existing client relationships and capture client data for follow-up
• Support and participate in in-store and offsite events and networking
• Assist with daily boutique set-up, breakdown, merchandising and back-stock maintenance
• Participate in inventories, cycle counts and audit preparation
• Assist with special projects such as price changes and back office responsibilities
• Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality
• College degree preferred
• General knowledge of timepiece movements
• Computer and internet savvy with MS Office experience; SAP knowledge preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Availability to work retail hours including weekends and travel for trainings and events
