Summary
As a Maison Ambassador, the Sales Associate achieves and exceeds sales targets, develops a client portfolio, and ensures an exceptional client experience across all touch points while supporting daily boutique operations.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
- Provide outstanding customer service including greeting clients and maintaining product knowledge.
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships and capture client data for follow-up.
- Assist and support after sales clients and resolve client issues or escalate as needed.
- Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking as planned with Management.
- Support daily boutique set-up, breakdown, merchandising, and maintenance of displays and back-stock.
- Participate in inventories, cycle counts, and assist with special projects like price changes and back-office tasks.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently plus one weekday and travel for trainings and events.
- Proficiency with computers, internet, and MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail with ability to multitask and maintain professional demeanor.
- General knowledge of timepiece movements preferred and additional language skills a plus.
