Summary
As an Ambassador of the Maison, the Sales Associate achieves and exceeds sales targets, develops a client portfolio, and ensures exceptional client experiences across all touch points while participating in daily boutique operations.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
- Provide outstanding customer service including greeting clients and maintaining product knowledge.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships using CRM tools for follow up and relationship building.
- Support after sales clients and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking as planned with management.
- Assist with daily boutique set-up, breakdown, merchandising, and back-stock maintenance.
- Participate in inventories and cycle counts to prepare for audits.
- Assist with special projects such as price changes and back-office responsibilities.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail.
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently plus one weekday; retail hours and travel for trainings and events.
- Computer and internet savvy with MS Office experience; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer service focus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- College degree preferred.
- Additional language skills and general knowledge of timepiece movements are a plus.
